Terms of Service
Effective 30 July 2026
These terms govern your use of Amiora. By creating an account or using the app or website, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens under it. Provide accurate information and let us know if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Using Amiora
Amiora is a language-learning service. You may use it for your own learning and, where your employer provides access, for the learning your employer has arranged. You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to break the law or infringe others’ rights.
Content you create
You keep ownership of the content you write during practice. You grant us the limited permission needed to operate the service for you — for example, to process your practice text and transcribe your speech so the product can respond. How we handle that data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions and billing
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are sold and renewed through your app store, on the terms shown at purchase. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your app-store account. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are non-refundable.
Changes to the service
We improve Amiora continuously and may add, change, or remove features. If we make a material change to these terms we will update this page and, where appropriate, notify you.
Ending your use
You can stop using Amiora and delete your account at any time — see Account deletion. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.
Disclaimers and liability
Amiora is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability for the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
